Political group leaders in Devon have written to Eric Pickles, urging him to halt the latest wave of spending cuts.

The letter has been signed by Devon CC leader, Cllr John Hart, Lib Dem leader, Cllr Alan Connett, Labour leader, Cllr Richard Westlake and UKIP leader, Cllr Robin Julian, and warns the council will have to cut its budget by £200m in 2017 if nothing is done to reverse the process.
