The UK government has clearly recognised the key role that digital can play in fuelling the country's economic recovery and as such, has committed to an ambitious digital transformation programme.

Great progress has already been made with the likes of the Government Digital Service, but there needs to be a renewed focus around how better technology and connectivity can empower front line staff.
