Economist Andrew Dilnot has warned councillors to ‘keep the pressure up' over reforming the social care system.

Speaking at a Local Government Group summit for lead councillors on adult social care, Mr Dilnot, who recently published his commission report on the funding of adult care, said the current system was a ‘disgrace'.
