Our services for Children and Young People are nationally recognised for achieving consistently outstanding results. This is a unique opportunity to lead and drive further improvements to already excellent services. A new senior leadership team is in place across the Council, driving an ambitious improvement agenda of national significance. This role provides an opportunity to play a major role in this journey, as well as develop our already strong partnership arrangements and become a part of the Wirral family. The successful applicant for this role will play a major role and will be able to demonstrate a proven track record of successful strategic leadership within the public sector, driving service improvements for the benefit of all Wirral children and families.
