New director of city and environmental services at York City Council

York City Council has appointed its new director of city and environmental services.

Darren Richardson joined York City Council as its new director of city and environmental services on 5 November.

Previously, Mr Richardson was in charge of environmental services at Barnsley MBC, and brings a wealth of relevant experience from both the private and public sectors.
