New director of health at Birmingham

Birmingham City council's new director of public health named.

Dr Adrian Phillips has been named as Birmingham's new director of public health.

Birmingham City Council Cabinet Member for Health and Wellbeing, Cllr Steve Bedser, has vowed to work closely with Dr Phillips to tackle major public health issues and health inequalities across the city.
