Directors criticise 'unreasonable' in-year grant cut

Children’s services directors have labelled proposals to slash the youth justice grant by a further £9m as ‘unreasonable’.

The Association of Directors of Children's Services (ADCS) – together with the Association of Youth Offending Team Managers (AYM) – warned that the cut would have a ‘direct impact' on services.
