An Ofsted inspection report has found child-protection standards in Doncaster Council have declined and social workers are failing to manage risks to children properly.

Inspectors, who spent 10 days in an unannounced investigation scrutinising Doncaster's children's services rated standards as 'inadequate', following previous improvements.
