Cheshire West & Chester Council has appointed Delyth Curtis as its new deputy chief executive of people alongside Charlie Seward as deputy chief executive of place.

Ms Curtis said: ‘It is an honour to be appointed to this role and I am delighted to be joining a strong and successful team.
