Oldham MBC leader Jim McMahon has taken his commitment to the council’s ‘Bloom and Grow’ campaign to new heights – spending his free time converting a black cab into the centrepiece in the town.

Cllr McMahon, along with his two sons Jack and Harry, have worked on the project to show civic pride and the efforts being made to ‘drive forward' Oldham.
