Outsourcing by local authorities fell by 70% over the last year, new figures have revealed.

Outsourcing by local authorities fell by 70% over the last year, new figures have revealed.

Research by outsourcing partner Arvato and analyst NelsonHall showed that councils spent £22m on outsourcing agreements between July and September this year.
