Drop fracking rules says Labour

The Labour Party has called off the regulations around fracking in the new Infrastructure Bill to let councils consider the cumulative impact of any developments.

The Labour Party has called off the regulations around fracking in the new Infrastructure Bill to let councils consider the cumulative impact of any developments.

Shadow energy minister Tom Greatrex tabled 11 amendments to the Bill on 8 December, during the proposed legislation's second reading in House of Commons.
