Dudley MBC's deputy chief executive will join Bolton MBC as chief early next year.

Dudley MBC's deputy chief executive will join Bolton MBC as chief early next year.

Tony Oakman, who has served as the deputy chief executive at Dudley since January, is expected to be formally approved by the council tomorrow.
