Durham CC looks set to axe one of its senior roles as part of a management review to save £175,000.

Durham CC looks set to axe one of its senior roles as part of a management review to save £175,000.

The local authority's senior management team will be cut from seven to six, as part of the review to merge adult and children's services, which was approved by councillors yesterday.
