DWP data demand to help cost of living crisis

Officers have called for the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) to share its data to help their response to the cost of living crisis.

Assistant director for policy, partnerships and communities at North Yorkshire CC, Neil Irving, told The MJ greater access to DWP data would allow his authority to make comparisons with its own data to ‘focus on the people who weren't getting help'.
