It was another dark and gloomy day in Gotham City as Bruce Wayne and his young ward, Dick Grayson (Bring back Jason Todd – Ed), decided to cheer themselves up by ditching crime-fighting and taking a look at near-apocalyptic developments in British local government finance.

‘Look at this, Robin!' exclaimed the Caped Crusader, leaning on a slightly-wobbly TV set wall. ‘A Nottingham city councillor by the name of Steve Parton wants some of the money his local authority received from renting out Wollaton Park for our new movie, The Dark Knight Rises, to be spent updating the area's playgrounds.'
