Ealing LBC loses hospital JR appeal

Ealing LBC’s bid for a judicial review of the decision to downgrade services at four hospitals has been rejected by the High Court.

Ealing LBC's bid for a judicial review of the decision to downgrade services at four hospitals has been rejected by the High Court.

Council leader Cllr Julian Bell said: ‘I'm very angry because I don't think this has been a fair process.
