Local authorities in the East Midlands have called for greater powers from Whitehall as the devolution agenda intensifies.

Local authorities in the East Midlands have called for greater powers from Whitehall as the devolution agenda intensifies.

The East Midlands Councils group has published a draft manifesto on devolving powers to the region in preparation for a summit it is organising on 21 November on the future of local government and public services in the region.
