From Swansea to Belfast, Newcastle to Aberdeen our team at the Government Property Agency (GPA) is overseeing one of the largest office transformation programmes in the UK, upgrading buildings and developing new regional hubs to relocate 22,000 civil service roles out of London.

It's a vast initiative, with the potential to drive economic growth and support wider ambitions around urban renewal in towns and cities throughout the UK. But we can't deliver all this in isolation.
