Having just had a conservatory installed last month, I now discover I am at the vanguard of the Government's drive to kick-start the economy.

I am in fact a pioneer of infrastructure renewal. My conservatory should have a blue plaque on it stating: 'It was here, in September 2012, that the UK economy began to climb out of the doldrums.'
