Edinburgh City Council has sold the Atria office development to the German real estate company Deka Immobilien for £105m.

Edinburgh City Council has sold the Atria office development to the German real estate company Deka Immobilien for £105m.

The building in the heart of the Scottish capital's Exchange district has been open since 2013, and was originally developed and funded by the council and Scottish Enterprise.
