Today's HR, finance, and payroll teams are often having to do more with less. The HR ‘job description' is growing, encompassing engagement and mental wellbeing as well as compensation and training. However, budgets are increasingly constrained. For many, the task of the day is to try to find savings. It is within the public sector where these challenges are most keenly felt – and where value for money is absolutely critical.

But these organisations continue to battle the challenges of legacy tech and must now handle an impending new code of compliance, so what specific steps should HR and finance teams take to overcome these issues, streamline their processes, and ensure they comply?
