Sheffield City Council's chief executive has said the sector needs to get away from the idea of ‘deals' and ‘negotiations' on devolution.

Kate Josephs told The MJ's Future Forum North in Manchester that local government should be seizing the opportunity after a General Election to demand to be a genuine partner with central government to take devolution and levelling up forward.
