Engie buys Keepmoat in £300m deal

The regeneration arm of Keepmoat has been sold to French energy firm Engie for £300m.

The regeneration arm of Keepmoat has been sold to French energy firm Engie for £300m.

Engie, which provides energy and facilities management, announced the deal as part of its strategy to develop an integrated service offer to local authorities.
