Two English and two Welsh county councils have signed a partnership agreement.

The signing of the Marches Forward partnership by Herefordshire, Shropshire, Monmouthshire and Powys CCs comes after The MJ revealed the cross-border quartet were planning to work together to secure funding from the UK and Welsh Governments.
