Tony Clements will join ETG as the group's assistant director for strategic initiatives.He joins from consultant, Navigant, where he has worked for two years. Previously, Mr Clements worked as a policy adviser to former housing minister, John Healey, at the DCLG.

He has extensive experience of housing in east London, having also previously advised Newham LBC mayor, Sir Robin Wales. Tony is a contributor to The MJ and has blogged extensively on key issues facing the housing sector.
