EU fears as UK cocaine deaths rocket

Public health officers will have to tackle an increase in the number of deaths linked to hard drug use, EU experts have warned.

Research from the European Monitoring Centre for Drugs and Drug Addiction (EMCDDA) revealed the UK had the largest number of cocaine users in Europe.
