Council tax revaluation is off the table but local authority fees and charges could be reviewed, local government minister Marcus Jones has revealed.

As the Government thrashes out the details of 100% business rate retention, which will shift local authority funding from central grant to reliance on business rates, council tax and charges, Mr Jones ruled out revisiting household taxes.
