Stephen Brown is stepping down from his role as director of the District Councils Network (DCN), after five months in the role.

Speaking to The MJ, Mr Brown said he had ‘really enjoyed' his time at DCN but commuting pressures while working ‘full time when I live in Nottingham and work in London is too much for me'.
