Leading lights in the Troubled Families programme have called for more data to be shared, with the national roll-out of the second phase weeks away.

Director general of Troubled Families, Louise Casey, and communities secretary Eric Pickles have both spoken of their frustration at the roadblocks to data sharing across the public sector.
