More than 20 healthcare experts, including chief executive of the Care Quality Commission, Cynthia Bower, have backed a campaign by Dr Foster Intelligence to introduce a ‘Present on admission' flag in hospital records, in a joint letter to health secretary, Andrew Lansley.
