A new report from an inquiry chaired by TV presenter, Esther Rantzen says public services should be more centred around families

During the past 18 months, the charity children's services organisation, 4Children, has been conducting research through its new ‘family commission' – under the chairmanship of TV's Esther Rantzen – with some 10,000 families, asking them what they think about family life.
