Above the networking, fringes and fun (yes, if you can get into the right parties they can be fun) party conferences are a three-day preamble to the leader's speech. The conference is framed and ultimately judged by the success of that one piece of oration. It seemed sensible then, when previewing the Tory conference for The MJ, I reflected on what may be included in Theresa May's address.
