Dukes Bailiffs appoints former Sefton finance chief John Farrell as business development associate.

Dukes Bailiffs has appointed John Farrell IRRV (Hons) as business development associate at its Stone-based operation.

The former head of corporate finance and ICT at Sefton MBC and 2010/11 President of the Lancashire & Cheshire Association of the IRRV, Mr Farrell brings to the table over 36 years' senior management experience within revenues, benefits and finance services in metropolitan local authorities.
