Wokingham BC plans to bring back in-house four care homes currently run by Atlas Project Team, following a damning Care Quality Commission (CQC) report.

The CQC announced last week it had serious concerns about seven of the firm's homes for people with learning disabilities, and found another six were not meeting essential standards.
