The early roll out of the Government's new benefit cap could force some London boroughs to place certain households outside the capital, according to a new report.

The document, which went before London Councils' executive as The MJ went to press, raised concerns about the introduction of the £500 cap per week in Bromley, Croydon, Enfield and Haringey.
