Finan lands Mid-Devon DC top role

Kevin Finan appointed as chief executive of Mid Devon DC having joined the council in 1986 and enjoyed various senior roles.

Kevin Finan has been appointed as chief executive of Mid Devon DC.

He has had a long and successful career in local government, and joined the council in 1986. His various roles at Mid Devon have included head of operations (2002-06), head of customer services (2006-09), director of community services (2009-11) and, since 9 May 2011, acting chief executive.
