Two of Britain's largest outsourcing companies have said they are not expecting the public sector market to recover in the short-term.

Support services group, Mouchel, announced last week it was not anticipating ‘a significant improvement' in trade, and that work had been scaled back because of public spending cuts, particularly around Building Schools for the Future.
