Not-so-Jolly Roger.

Diary usually prefers to fly a neutral flag of convenience when it comes to choosing sides in planning disputes involving councils and residents.

But when it comes to the lily-livered land-lubbers of East Lindsey DC, who took offence at the Jolly Roger flag of one Anthony Steele, a seven-year-old Aspberger's sufferer, Diary has no compunction in splicing the main-brace and forcing every last one of the pesky scurvy dogs to walk the plank.
