Former ALATS president to leave Southwark

Duncan Whitfield, Southwark LBC’s strategic director for finance and governance, has announced he is to leave after 18 years at the council.

Duncan Whitfield, Southwark LBC's strategic director for finance and governance, has announced he is to leave after 18 years at the council.

Mr Whitfield, who started his career at Croydon LBC, joined Southwark in 2005 from Westminster City Council.
