Former chief executive of Wiltshire Council has a new role

Former chief executive of Wiltshire Council, has been appointed as Cardiff City Council's new chief operating officer.

Andrew Kerr, former chief executive of Wiltshire Council, has been appointed as Cardiff City Council's new chief operating officer.

He will report directly to the chief executive and will be responsible for all operational services within the council.
