Former council director gets Whitehall role

A new chairman has been appointed to the Public Works Loan Board (PWLB).

A new chairman has been appointed to the Public Works Loan Board (PWLB).

John Campbell, former director of corporate resources at Scottish Borders Council, was voted into the post at a meeting of the PWLB earlier this month.
