International infrastructure and business services group, Mouchel, has welcomed former WS Atkins Group chief executive and chairman, Mike Jeffries, to its board as a non-executive director.

Mr Jeffries has spent the majority of his career at WS Atkins and was the group chief executive and then chairman for 10 years. He is currently the chairman of mental healthcare provider, Priory Group, and telecoms provider, Wyless plc.
