Fujitsu and PCS hold pay offer talks

Fujitsu will hold talks at ACAS after the Public and Commercial Services (PCS) union announced a ballot for industrial action over pay.

Fujitsu - a company providing the civil service with IT support – will hold talks at ACAS tomorrow after the Public and Commercial Services (PCS) union announced a ballot for industrial action over pay for nearly 750 outsourced IT staff.

Working on contracts for HM Revenue and Customs  (HMRC), the Home Office, Ministry of Defence (MoD), the Office for National Statistics (ONS)and Driver and Vehicle Licensing Agency (DVLA), the back office IT workers were offered a 2.5% raise or £500, whichever was the greatest.
