Plans by Worcestershire CC for a maximum care limit could force thousands of disabled people into care homes, a welfare charity has warned.

The WeareSpartacus group said the local authority's proposals for a maximum expenditure policy could leave disabled people who cannot afford to make up the funding shortfall, with no option but to move into a residential home.
