Local authorities across the country continue to be faced with financial challenges and particularly within areas like adult social care adding even more pressure, there is no respite in sight. It was against this backdrop that Liberata talked through how councils have been working with its on-demand brand Capacitygrid to both generate and protect income at this year's MJ Future Forum event.

Through our experience of providing both income generation and protection services to over 215 councils, we estimate there is approximately £1.5m of additional income or cashable savings on average on the table for every local authority.
