The interim chief executive of East Midlands Combined Authority has expressed hopes that all areas eventually benefit from true devolution.

Speaking at The MJ's Future Forum Midlands event, Mark Rogers said there were currently only a small number of top-down models available and none of them counted as devolution at the moment.
