We published our Fostering Futures report in October highlighting the opportunity to make some relatively simple changes in fostering to improve life chances for 9,000 children and save £150m.

It included findings from eight councils' exploration of fostering, building on insight from a further ten councils and national surveys we completed with the Fostering Network for the Department for Education.
