Ashford BC has agreed to wind down the Ashford Future Company, which was originally set up to help regenerate the area.

‘Given the coalition government's focus on localism and the harsh economic climate we are now operating in, it is prudent to reassess the most appropriate way for Ashford to manage its growth,' said council leader, Cllr Peter Wood.
