Whatever your sport, the recent announcement in Greater Manchester that the entire £6bn health budget will be devolved to the region's local authorities and health providers is a game-changing moment for health and social care.

Future provision of adult social care is one of the most pressing policy challenges facing an incoming government from May 2015.
